Prices
All prices are in Euro (€) and are VAT inclusive All prices are exclusive of postage and packing
Payment
Payment is usually by PayPal. We also accept bank drafts and postal orders. Please ring us (+ 353 01 254 4818 ) or email (info@happycloud.ie) if you want to pay using these methods.
Passing of property
We shall retain the property of the goods until full payment has been made by the customer and it has been received by us.
Delivery
Delivery to your preferred address is within 3 to 5 working days of our dispatch. We cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by the manufacturer, courier, or any other third party.
Acceptance
Please unwrap the slide while the shipper is still there. If it is cracked return the slide immediately with the courier. Send us the delivery note with the details about the cracked slide and we sent you a new one. NOTE: If it is not described on the delivery note we can not sent a new slide!!.
Return procedure
We operate a "no-quibbles" guarantee, which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition (original packaging and labeling attached) within 7 days from date of invoice. Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. If the return is due to an error we have made we will gladly refund the delivery charges. Please contact us by email at info@happycloud.ie within 7 days stating the reason for return. If the return is due to other reasons, shipping costs need to be payed by the customer.
